THE 2026 RACING TEAM
WYATT MORITZ - Driver
Racing in the Moritz family started decades ago with Wyatt's grandfather, Robert Moritz, competing in circle track, then followed by his dad, Dan Moritz who ran drag. Like his elders, Wyatt too inherited the racing bug and go carts quickly turned into competitive sprint cars. By age 6, Wyatt was racing quarter midgit cars and turning many heads.

In 2024, Wyatt capped off his quarter midget career with the championship win at Tri-City Speedway in Granite City and at just
11 years old, Wyatt made the adventurous decision to shift his attention to the Micros Sprint Circuit. Competing in the new Micros Sprint Circuit means larger dirt tracks, cars with more more horsepower and a way more aggressive style of racing. The 2025 season proved to be very successful for Wyatt and he brought home several wins in the local and national Micros Sprint events. 2026 should be a winning season!

Dan Moritz, brings over 30 years of racing experience to the Wyatt Moritz Motorsports Team and continues to provide Wyatt the encouragement and technical guidance he needs to take the checkered flag.

The PIT CREW of Wyatt Moritz Motorsports brings many friends and family together that all enjoy the sport of racing and provide the knowledge to fix on the fly!
